Senior Program Manager - Business Growth

The successful candidate will take on a key leadership role, driving business growth through strategic planning and execution of programs in the Electronics manufacturing supply chain industry.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our business growth initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program development and management, with experience in the Electronics manufacturing supply chain industry.
  • They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop new content for programs to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with program committees to set objectives and develop content that meets their needs.
  • Create and develop new digital programs to enhance customer experience.
  • Contribute to strategizing for the expansion of the SEA region market, including budget management and ROI analysis.
  • Take the lead in key projects to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and program management skills.
  • Experience in the Electronics manufacturing supply chain industry.
  • Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented.
