The Office Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of ICON PROJECTS PTE. LTD. The role involves providing administrative support, preparing paperwork, and handling HR-related tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
  • Paperwork Preparation: Prepare various documents, including invoices, purchase orders, quotations, and delivery orders.
  • HR Documentation: Assist with preparation of HR documents, including employment letters, contracts, warning letters, payslips, and memos.
  • Construction Worker Logistics: Handle arrangements for construction workers, including accommodation, leave applications, logistics, and training.
  • Work Pass and Training: Assist with application and renewal of work passes, as well as workers' training arrangements.
  • Attendance and OT Claims: Prepare workers' attendance records and OT claims.
  • Purchase Orders/Requisitions: Assist with Purchase Orders/Requisitions.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
