As an Office Operations Specialist at A PLUS MANPOWER SERVICES PTE. LTD., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: You will be responsible for procuring office supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
  • Office Operations: Assist with HR-related tasks, schedule meetings, manage documents, and provide support for daily office functions.
  • Reception and Office Cleanliness: Handle basic reception duties and contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

We are looking for a bilingual candidate who is proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients. Familiarity with office software (MS Office, etc.) is essential.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in Shipping Logistics Operations is desirable but not mandatory.
