Key Responsibilities:- Design and carry out clinical observations to inform occupational therapy support and assessments.
- Interpret reports from professionals and offer recommendations for student support.
- Develop and deploy resources efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of students.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
- Experience in paediatrics or working in schools.
- Proven track record of supporting children with complex needs.
- Possess a passion for education and young people.
- Show a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Be an advocate for neurodiversity.
