Roles & Responsibilities

Educational Therapist – Numeracy

About the Role
KidzOTC is seeking dedicated Educational Therapists with a focus on Numeracy to join our multi-disciplinary team of Occupational and Educational therapists. You will work directly with children and students to support their learning needs and help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Assessments: Identify student strengths and areas of need to develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Design Curriculum: Create structured lesson materials targeting literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Deliver Therapy: Provide one-to-one and small group intervention for students with learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, dyspraxia, or autism spectrum disorder.
  • Facilitate Group Sessions: Support collaborative learning through engaging, structured group activities.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience supporting students with learning differences is preferred.
  • Certification: Additional training in educational therapy or special education will be an advantage.
