**Job Role:** Personal Care Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Professional to fill this critical position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care Planning: You will develop, implement, and oversee care plans that cater to the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
  • Program Development: Design and deliver engaging programs and activities for the well-being of residents, including educational workshops, recreational events, and social gatherings.
  • Monitoring and Support: Conduct regular check-ins with residents to monitor their progress, provide support as needed, and make adjustments to their care plans.
  • Maintenance and Organization: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Home's equipment, facilities, and premises.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Psychology or Relevant Field: A diploma in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Shift Work: Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Training Provided: Comprehensive training is provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge in personal care and resident management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
