Key Responsibilities:

- Take up respite assignments when required, providing temporary relief to caregivers and ensuring continuity of care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery on other home nursing cases.
- Advise care staff as needed if they face medical issues or emergencies, providing expert guidance and support.
- Conduct hospital or home visits to assess new clients for home care services or when required, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
- Work together as a team to handle complaints and crisis management, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with external partners and colleagues in managing client care needs, promoting holistic care and addressing social determinants of health.
- Ensure strict compliance to documentation as required by regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a clean disciplinary record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT would be ideal.
- Occasional shift work will be required when necessary, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
