Insurance Industry Change Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business change and improvement initiatives. They will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, conducting analysis and providing recommendations for process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of business requirements for transformation initiatives.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining.
- Develop process flow diagrams and documentation to visualize existing and future-state processes.
- Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and align with industry best practices.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the transformation process.
Working with the Team:
The successful candidate will work closely with our cross-functional team, including IT, operations, and senior management, to ensure alignment and collaboration on transformation projects. They will be responsible for providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and potential risks or issues. Act as the bridge between business users and IT teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of business solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of insurance processes, products, and regulatory requirements. Experience working on large-scale transformation projects, including digital transformation and process optimization.
