Student Wellbeing Assistant Manager

This role involves supporting students to achieve their goals and provide a supportive environment for them to thrive.

The ideal candidate will have experience in stakeholder management, case management, and critical incident management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide outreach engagement and support services for postgraduate students
  • Offer advice and a supportive environment to postgraduate students
  • Case management, including care planning and implementation
  • Support individual department student wellbeing and collectively build positive community relationships
  • Run focus-group wellbeing initiatives and programs

Requirements:

  • Good Honours degree from a recognized university in social work, counselling, or the social science
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with at least 1 year relevant experience in mental health, social service, or education sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
