**Immediate and Urgent Hire: Shadow Support Teacher**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide academic support tailored to each child’s needs.
- Implement behaviour interventions, including emotional regulation strategies.
- Support the development of social skills and classroom adaptation.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent support.
- Work with children of various age groups, both younger and older students.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting children’s development.
**Additional Details**:
- Work location: School during school days, with possible home support during school holidays.
- Start date: Immediate
