Welcome to People Profilers, a leading organization in the CRM and data visualization space. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Expert - Marketing Automation to join our team.

This role involves leveraging CRM tools to analyze customer databases, derive insights, and execute recommendations together with our cross-functional team. As the data custodian for our brand, you will maintain, monitor, and ensure our customer database is updated in line with internal data quality policy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging CRM tools to analyze customer databases and derive insights
  • Executing recommendations together with our cross-functional team
  • Maintaining, monitoring, and updating the customer database in line with internal data quality policy
  • Supporting leads assignment and monitoring follow-up tasks closely by our sales team
  • Generating and analyzing CRM campaign results, drawing insights, and proposing data-driven ideas and recommendations
  • Identifying and proposing suitable target audiences/segments for sales/aftersales marketing campaigns
  • Planning and building customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Identifying and extracting target databases on SFMC
  • Scheduling eDM blasts

Day-to-day operations include:

  • Leads assignment for our Sales team
  • Customer account creation for new leads
  • Campaign tagging for customer accounts
  • Customer profiling, data mining, and customer need analysis
  • Assisting with events such as sending invitations, confirmations, registrations, and ensuring target attendance is met
  • Tracking, generating, and analyzing weekly sales funnel and campaign reports

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Diploma/Degree holders in Marketing/CRM/Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of Marketing/CRM-related experience
  • Knowledge of CRM principles and customer journeys
  • Meticulous and well-organized with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Takes initiative to lead projects and improve job processes
  • Agile and keen to learn new skills
  • People-oriented mindset
  • Keen interest in CRM & Data Visualization platforms such as Salesforce, SFMC, GDMS, and/or Tableau
  • Comfortable with CRM technical aspects such as integration, API, etc.
