We are seeking a highly motivated User Experience Manager to join our team at HTC Global Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in business case calculation and business analysis.
