Job Title: Executive Engineer (Asset Engineering)

A senior position in our team requires an experienced engineer to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of electrical assets. This role involves collaborating closely with rail operators to identify and resolve operational and maintenance issues.

The selected candidate will have a strong background in electrical power engineering, including design, installation, and operation of electrical systems up to 22kV. A minimum of 3 years' experience is required, along with knowledge of railway work environments and relevant safety protocols.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to optimize asset performance, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide expert advice on electrical system design and implementation. Your expertise will be essential in driving efficiency and reliability across our operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
  • At least 3 years' experience in electrical power engineering, including design, installation, and operation of electrical systems up to 22kV;
  • Strong knowledge of railway work environments and relevant safety protocols;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
