About the role:
As a senior engineer, you'll lead the technical vision for the applications system, overseeing the end-to-end implementation of a scalable, secure, and high-quality solution. You'll design robust software architectures, guide agile development teams, and ensure seamless integration across all system components, from proof of concept to full deployment in GCC 2.0. This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned engineer who excels at translating complex process flows into technical excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Architect comprehensive technical solutions leveraging AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
Translate process flows and use cases into detailed technical specifications to guide development.
Identify and design innovative technology solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create implementation plans.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to agile development teams, conducting reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
What We're Looking For:
Proven expertise in software architecture and AWS cloud infrastructure (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
Strong ability to translate business processes into technical specifications.
Experience leading agile teams and collaborating across departments.
Deep understanding of designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
Familiarity with legislative or document management systems is a plus.
