Executive Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team in the execution of academic programmes.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, including social media promotion, to effectively promote our programmes.
  • They will also analyze and process submitted claims from partner companies, verifying information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies.
  • Additionally, they will liaise with grant recipients and relevant officers to address queries or obtain missing documents, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Responsibilities will also include preparing billing documents and working with Faculty, Finance to raise the billing request to partner companies, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Furthermore, they will coordinate Thesis Committee meetings, Mid-Point progress meetings, and Thesis Defence, providing excellent support to students and faculty members.
  • Supporting programme-level events such as seminars, new student orientation, and meetings is also an essential aspect of this role.

Requirements:

  • Able to start immediately or on short notice, with a minimum diploma certification.
  • Prior administrative experience in education is an advantage, but not essential.
