Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing quality management systems improvement across departments. This involves reviewing batch release activities for production and ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of QMS improvements.
  • Review and verify batch release activities to ensure compliance with IATF requirements.
  • Promote awareness of Quality Policy and Customer Specific Requirements.
  • Verify and manage Corrective Action Plans for quality issues to ensure effectiveness.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with CSR and provide training to employees as necessary.
  • Develop and review IATF/ISO procedures and Quality-related instructions.
  • Manage changes to critical parameters and conduct audits (customer, internal, supplier).
  • Conduct IATF/ISO Internal Audits, report nonconformities, and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in customer complaint handling and investigation.

Requirements:
  • Degree in any Engineering discipline or related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality systems and audit experience.
