Quality Excellence Specialist

Job Description
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for implementing advanced monitoring systems to ensure product quality and optimize yield. You will proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall product quality.
You will lead initiatives to integrate and improve abnormal quality issues within the manufacturing process. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and preventive measures.
You will drive initiatives to improve internal quality control procedures and enhance overall process capability. Additionally, you will implement best practices to streamline processes and maximize operational efficiency.
You will take the lead in addressing and improving customer-reported quality issues. This will involve compiling comprehensive reports for stakeholders, detailing corrective actions and preventive measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in quality management, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
