Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to provide maintenance and support services to the facilities team. This involves assisting the assistant manager in maintaining and housekeeping functions, as well as performing various repairs and maintenance tasks.

Major duties and responsibilities include:

  • Surveying buildings to ensure they meet health and safety standards
  • Repairing mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems
  • Assisting in the setup and commissioning of ventilation, air conditioning, and other systems
  • Conducting repairs and troubleshooting of CCTV, electrical wiring, cabling installation, and electronic circuits
  • Maintaining general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec (NTC-3) or equivalent qualification in electrical/mechanical
  • At least 1 year experience in building maintenance or 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician
  • Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing work
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
