  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans, workshops, and creative programs aligned with our philosophy.
  • Guide, train, and support a team of art teachers and assistants to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Build meaningful connections with parents, students, and the wider community through clear communication and a positive presence.
  • Contribute to the expansion and creative direction of our studios, bringing fresh ideas and professional expertise.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in art education and/or studio management.
  • Degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, Design, or related fields.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage staff, operations, and curriculum.
