Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and engage with patients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Assist chiropractors with patient assessments, including taking histories and spinal examinations
  • Prepare patients for treatments, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Provide education and answer basic questions about chiropractic treatment procedures
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Handle day-to-day customer service and clinic administrative duties
  • Explain services and treatment programs to patients
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
