Job Description

We seek an exceptional Data Center Site Development Lead APAC to spearhead our expansion efforts across the region. As a key member of our team, you will drive the evaluation, selection, and development of both new and existing data center campuses and markets. Your expertise will be instrumental in advancing projects through the front-end feasibility and development cycle, ensuring seamless handoffs to our Construction Project Management Team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and select existing data center assets for acquisition and development.
  • Lead due diligence and frontend planning for new projects, including site assessment, conceptual design, and power and fiber strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership on project budgets, schedules, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate consultants, new technologies, and delivery methodologies to enhance speed to market.
  • Transition due diligence and entitlement packages to the Construction Project Managers for execution.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience in data center site development, preferably in APAC.
  • Expertise in evaluating and selecting sites, conducting due diligence, and entitlement processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
