Coffee Expert - Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

This role involves working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. A barista is an expert in coffee preparation and service.

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and thoroughly attended to.
  • Prepare a variety of coffee-based beverages and teas with precision and consistency.
  • Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation.
  • Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems when managing orders.
  • Address customers' queries on different types of beverages and recommend coffee-based drinks.

To excel in this role, you will have the following skills:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A keen interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry, electric vehicles will be an added advantage.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Coffee Craftsmanship:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
  • Educate customers on coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods to enhance their experience.
  • Address customers' feedback and maintain high-quality coffee standards.
Roasting and Cupping:
  • Conduct roasting sessions to develop and refine coffee beans to desired flavor profiles.
  • Perform regular cupping sessions to assess bean quality and ensure consistency.
  • Maintain roasting equipment and troubleshoot technical issues.
Requirements:
  • A charismatic individual with excellent customer service and communication skills.
