As a senior coffee expert, you will be responsible for leading our team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers, inform them about special offers or new menu items, answer questions, and accept orders.
  • Be knowledgeable about the menu and prepare drinks accordingly.
  • Grind, blend, brew, and highlight the differences between items while answering customer queries about the menu.
  • Maintain clean, well-stocked, and updated displays.
  • Continuously expand knowledge in coffee and beverage preparation.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in coffee preparation or customer service is preferred.
  • Training and willingness to continue learning about coffee preparation.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills.
  • Committed to delivering customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
