**About the role**

Join our team as a coffee sales professional. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality coffee products. With a focus on product knowledge and sales, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the overall success of our business.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, guiding them through our coffee selection
- Preparing and serving coffee bean to customer specifications
- Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective product promotion and customer engagement
- Assisting with inventory management and other operational tasks as needed

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on our coffee offerings
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to meeting sales goals
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
