Customer Service Specialist - Coffee Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable and enjoyable.

Job Summary:

This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for providing top-notch customer service and are knowledgeable about coffee. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare specialty coffee and beverages according to standardized recipes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Calibrate daily coffee flavors at the start of each shift
  • Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per established procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and address coffee-related inquiries
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of coffee beans and beverage ingredients
  • Perform day-to-day operations including cashiering duties, food preparation, and general housekeeping
  • Develop relationships with regular guests and team members
  • Maintain coffee machines and uphold high cleanliness standards
