Job Opportunity: Afterschool Care Educator

This role involves providing educational support to students after regular school hours.

  • Assisting students with their daily assignments and homework, ensuring they meet deadlines and achieve academic excellence.
  • Supervising and reviewing English spellings, while also delivering in-house lessons to provide holistic learning experiences.
  • Developing and executing holiday programs and excursions that promote student engagement and well-being.
  • Maintaining a positive classroom environment and addressing disciplinary issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate/Diploma/Professional Certificate/NiTEC or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Classroom coaching, management, administration, and education-related skills.
