After School Care Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an After School Care professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students during after-school hours. This includes supervising activities, maintaining discipline, and addressing any concerns that may arise. Additionally, they will be expected to foster positive relationships with students, provide emotional support, and encourage participation in structured activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and conducive environment for students by monitoring their activities and maintaining discipline
- Foster positive relationships with students and provide emotional support
- Encourage participation in structured activities and promote student engagement
- Assist in the planning and implementation of after-school programs
- Work closely with teachers to support students' holistic development
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of direct relevant working experience in After School engagement Services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- First aid qualifications preferred
