Lead Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lead Educator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging afterschool programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

As a Lead Educator, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive learning environment and contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum materials.

  • Develop and lead afterschool programs that meet the unique needs of our students.
  • Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Assess and report on student progress, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum materials.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and classroom management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A relevant degree and at least 2 years of experience working with primary school students.
