Job Opportunity: Afterschool Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our afterschool programme team as an Afterschool Programme Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with students and making a positive impact in their lives.

Job Description:

  • Student Supervision and Support : Ensure the safety and well-being of students by maintaining a safe environment, supervising activities, and addressing any concerns that may arise.
  • Programme Coordination : Assist in planning, implementing, and overseeing afterschool programmes, including enrichment activities, study sessions, and recreational opportunities that promote student development.
  • Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with teachers and other stakeholders to support students' holistic development and address any behavioral concerns.
  • Administrative Duties : Maintain accurate attendance records, track student progress, and gather feedback when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of direct relevant working experience in after-school engagement services, preferably in a school environment.
  • Possession of first aid qualifications is preferred; however, selected personnel will be required to attend and successfully complete first-aid training provided by the employer if they do not have the relevant qualifications.

Benefits:

  • Fixed-term contract from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (option to extend to 31 December
  • Monday to Friday, 2pm to 5pm (only during school terms - all months except June, November, and December).
  • Location: Lower Delta Road.

Others:

The selected personnel will be required to work closely with teachers and other stakeholders to support students' holistic development and address any behavioral concerns.

The successful candidate will also be expected to attend training sessions and workshops to enhance their skills and knowledge in supporting students' holistic development.
