
HR Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating employee activities, and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update employee records and digital filing systems.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
- Assist in administering leave records, attendance, and benefits tracking.
- Support payroll inputs and monthly reporting to finance and payroll vendors.
- Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing welcome kits, induction schedules, and IT/office access coordination.
- Maintain records of new hires, exits, and transfers.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives, company events, and wellness activities.
- Maintain HR communication channels (e.g., notice boards, HR mailbox).
- Ensure that HR processes comply with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Support audits and generate HR reports as needed (e.g., headcount, leave balances).
- A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR/admin experience; prior experience in a contract role is beneficial.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required, and experience with HR systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality are necessary.
- A positive attitude, team player, and ability to work independently are desirable.
