Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
  • Plan and coordinate recreational activities, outings, and holiday events that cater to diverse interests and needs.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as necessary to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in student care, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in other languages an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools, with willingness to learn new technologies.

  • Certificate in Student Care or related field.
  • Experience working with children with special needs.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
