Job Title: Chief Student Care Officer
The Chief Student Care Officer will oversee the overall operation of student care services. The role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Manage daily care activities, ensuring the safety and hygiene of students.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain good relations with students, parents, and staff members.
- Enquiry Handling: Handle enquiries and provide regular feedback to parents and stakeholders.
- Reporting: Conduct monthly reports on operation issues for management review.
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and retention rates.
Requirements:
- University graduate in education (an added advantage).
- Work experience related to education (essential).
- Teaching experience in Chinese, Mathematics, or Science (a bonus).
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, including outdoor work as required.
