As a seasoned retail professional, you will be responsible for leading the boutique to achieve business objectives, elevating the client experience, and upholding luxury retail standards.

  • Craft and execute a boutique strategy that drives sales growth, exceeds targets, and enhances the client experience.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, after-sales service, and visual merchandising.

Key Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in fine or high jewellery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of sales excellence and long-term client relationships in the UHNW/HNW segment.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail operations, inventory management, and high-value product handling.
