HR Business Partnership

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and execute HR strategies that support the overall goals of the organization.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective personnel management practices, promoting a culture of high performance and employee engagement.
  • Address complex business challenges by offering innovative and practical solutions to human capital issues while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and corporate policies.
  • Examine HR data and metrics to uncover trends, generate insights, and guide strategic HR initiatives.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

  • Design and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy aimed at attracting, recruiting, and retaining top-tier talent in alignment with business requirements.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring their success.

Learning and Development

  • Work closely with the business to identify skill gaps and create effective training and development programs that enhance employee capabilities and drive organizational performance.

HR Operations and Reporting

  • Lead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive HR operations strategy, including the management of outsourced administrative functions while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Supervise the accurate processing of core HR functions, potentially in collaboration with outsourced HR administration providers, and prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Utilize data insights to identify opportunities for enhancing HR processes and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Employee Engagement and Relations

  • Develop and implement initiatives to cultivate a positive and engaging workplace environment, promoting employee well-being and motivation.
  • Proactively manage employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
  • Establish strong relationships with employees at all levels, acting as a trusted advocate.

Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a similar HR Business Partner role.
