Job Title: Senior Administrative Professional

As a seasoned Senior Administrative Professional, you will provide exceptional support to senior-level executives, ensuring seamless operations and facilitating strategic growth. This role requires an experienced professional who can manage complex administrative tasks, maintain confidentiality, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of correspondence, meetings, and other business-related documents.
  • Financial Management: Process expenses, track financial information, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant to top-level management officials.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and online tools; excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Qualifications: Ability to work quickly and accurately, being proactive and taking initiative; experience in understanding board-level information for capturing and maintaining such information.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly resilient, organized, and able to cope in a fast-paced environment; excellent interpersonal and team skills; ability to maintain discretion and judgment in handling highly confidential/critical information.
