Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to engage philanthropic donors and partners, aligning with our organization's mission and goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing donor success team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success in exceeding fundraising targets.
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, corporations, and other stakeholders to increase giving of Time, Treasure, and Talent.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of fundraising efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain an updated donor leads and opportunity pipeline for tracking and reporting on fundraising activities and outcomes.
  • Develop compelling messaging and materials to effectively communicate the impact of philanthropic support and partnerships to donors, partners, and the wider community.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of at least 15+ years in customer success, account management, or a related field, including but not limited to fundraising, philanthropy, and social services.
  • High energy, people-oriented leadership and demonstrated track record in successfully leading and scaling a revenue-generating team customer-facing.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in crafting persuasive proposals and presentations.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and complex organizational environment.
  • Commercially astute with strong business acumen and change management experience, coupled with a passion for and keen understanding of social services sector trends and opportunities.
