Low Latency System Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Low Latency System Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building high-performance systems for trading and be proficient in Rust and Python.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing low-latency trading systems for both centralized and on-chain markets. This includes building core infrastructure for execution, order management, and real-time data as well as collaborating with traders and quants to turn strategies into production-ready systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications- A minimum of 7 years' experience in building low-latency systems for trading
- Prior prop exposure or HFT experience will be highly regarded
- Proficiency in Rust and Python (or be open to picking up Rust)
- Strong knowledge of crypto markets, blockchain mechanics, and exchange APIs
- Passion for crypto trading, DeFi, and market structure
