Our organization operates with high expectations, deep curiosity, and thoughtful collaboration. We are looking for an exceptional software engineer to develop new and improve existing low-latency trade execution systems for our Asia Equity Options business.

As a member of the desk, you will interact between research and trading teams. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and be surrounded by senior technologists providing a supportive environment to succeed.

Key Areas of Impact:

  • Developing high-availability systems in C++ and Python with tight resource/latency constraints
  • Analyzing requirements from stakeholders
  • Facilitating code implementation, testing, software architecture best practices
  • Driving projects and leading new initiatives
  • Engaging with the development team to resolve challenging design and coding issues

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of C++11/14/17/20, Boost, STL
  • Knowledge of Python is beneficial
  • Prior experience working on options or derivative products preferred
  • Background in multi-threaded programming and hardware/software interaction
  • Comfortable working 'under the hood' and skilled in performance tuning (applications, Linux, socket I/O)
