Job Description:

As a senior architect, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of schematic design proposals and coordinating enhancement works for existing MRT station buildings and related infrastructure. From conceptualization to construction, you will be responsible for promoting quality architectural design and a sustainable transport environment.

Your responsibilities include preparing tender specifications, executing feasibility studies, liaising with consultants and contractors, and managing design and site activities. Additionally, you will write funding proposals, prepare presentations, and review building plans and shop drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in Architecture, preferably recognized by the Board of Architects
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and practice
  • Proficiency in BIM and CAD software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, MicroStation, Revit)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Interest in design and problem-solving
  • Experience in rail projects is an advantage
