Senior Architectural Lead

Job Description:

As a seasoned Senior Architectural Lead, you will oversee high-profile projects and lead the design process. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to gather information about project locations and create accurate layout plans.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop innovative ideas and materials selection.
  • Develop timely design proposals that showcase your expertise in materials application.
  • Manage project communication with clients, construction teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure successful project completion within agreed timelines.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Office Interior Design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, and Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, including both written and oral communication, are essential for effective collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • A passion for design, responsiveness, and proactivity are key attributes for success in this role.
