Architectural Design Lead

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and experience working on large-scale projects. Key responsibilities include designing and developing innovative architectural solutions for commercial, residential, healthcare, infrastructure, and transportation projects.
- This may involve leading project teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
- An added value is the development and maintenance of a portfolio of sustainable design projects that demonstrate expertise in energy-efficient and environmentally friendly design principles.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from a recognized institution is required.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of post-graduate professional experience in architectural design and project management is necessary.
- Proficiency in BIM/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, and other relevant software tools is essential.
- Excellent communication and project management skills are required, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills are crucial.
- Design thinking is an important skill set.
- ArchiCAD and AutoCAD proficiency are expected.
- Sustainable design knowledge is desirable.
