Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technical Executive to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in managing architectural drafting and BIM modeling teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the Architectural Drafting / BIM modeling team in developing detailed and coordinated Building Information Modelling (BIM) Architectural models and drawings using ArchiCAD / Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Oversee the creation and quality assurance of CAD / BIM drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and project execution plans.
  • Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines (C&S, MEP), perform clash detection, and ensure accurate and up-to-date CAD / BIM documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide the Drafting / BIM modeling team, assigning tasks, reviewing their work, and ensuring adherence to BIM standards and project timelines.
  • Generate quantity take-offs, schedules, and architectural documentation from BIM models, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD / Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Thorough understanding of Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and relevant architectural design codes.
