
Strategic Employee Experience Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Employee Experience Specialist to play a key part in shaping employee experiences through internal communications and employee engagement. This role will assist our leadership team in day-to-day secretarial duties while promoting a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the timely and accurate dissemination of communication materials from Group Communications to internal teams
• Promote clear and consistent messaging towards company goals, fostering a sense of community among employees
• Ensure timely updates of communication materials in company bulletin boards and TV screens
• Develop and implement internal and external engagement activities and events that strengthen company spirit and enhance employee relations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver engaging and memorable employee experiences
• Conduct regular employee opinion surveys to gauge engagement, satisfaction, and culture
• Monitor engagement and experience metrics to continually improve the impact and success of engagement initiatives
• Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• At least 5 years of HR experience in people experience, communications, or engagement
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences
• Proficient in MS Office software and digital learning technologies
• A can-do attitude and ability to handle changing requirements in a dynamic environment
