Job Title: Employee Experience Coordinator

About the Role:

This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner;

  • Assist with preparing job offers and contracts for new hires;

  • Welcome new employees and provide them with essential information about the company and their role;

  • Ensure background checks are completed before employees start working;

  • Enter employee information accurately into the HR system;

  • Keep all HR files and records up to date;

  • Prepare exit interviews and ensure all necessary documents are completed when employees leave;

  • Provide basic HR support based on Singapore laws and company rules;

  • Help plan and organize staff activities and events;

  • Keep employee records updated in the HR system;

  • Issue employment letters when needed;

  • Support internal transfers and ensure all necessary documents are complete;

  • Help with visa renewals and travel for expat employees and their families;

  • Assist with global HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager;

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent organizational skills to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process;

  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, hiring managers, and other stakeholders;

  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks;

  • Knowledge of Singapore laws and regulations related to employment and HR practices;

  • Basic computer skills to accurately enter data into the HR system.
