We are seeking a skilled Digital Partner Enablement and Engagement Expert to join our team.

This role focuses on enhancing partner experience through the Lenovo Partner Hub, increasing adoption and revenue via the Lenovo Bid Platform, improving partner training, certification, and accreditation, and supporting various sub-systems accessed by partners through the hub.

The ideal candidate will have full ownership and responsibility for managing the backend content of the Lenovo Partner Hub, reporting, feedback, troubleshooting, engaging with regional stakeholders, and supporting other stakeholders within the AP community.

Additional responsibilities include representing the region in global projects such as the Lenovo 360 Global Program Framework, MOTH, Zenith, and other initiatives related to digital partner engagement.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take ownership of digital partner enablement and engagement in the Asia Pacific region. As a Digital Partner Enablement and Engagement Expert, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

You will be responsible for managing the partner-facing digital platform, Lenovo Partner Hub, and its associated sub-systems. This includes developing and implementing effective strategies to increase partner adoption and revenue, as well as providing exceptional support to partners through various channels.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-impact results in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital enablement strategies to drive partner adoption and revenue growth
  • Manage the backend content of the Lenovo Partner Hub, including reporting, feedback, and troubleshooting
  • Engage with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and support across the AP community
  • Represent the region in global projects and initiatives related to digital partner engagement
  • Provide exceptional support to partners through various channels
