Job Title: Residential Care Officer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Care Officer. This role involves providing daily care and support to residents, ensuring their overall safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily needs of residents are met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Motivate residents through positive interactions and engagement
  • Oversee security screening processes to prevent contraband entry
  • Facilitate daily check-in and check-out processes for residents
  • Refer residents' issues to social workers when necessary
  • Assist with institutional programs and activities
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents

Requirements:

  • N Level, O Level, Nitec/Higher Nitec & Diploma qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Past experience in the Military, Police or Prison service
