Business Development Job Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong partnerships, and contributing to our company's expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development, with excellent organizational and communication skills. A diploma or degree in a business-related field is required, and a CEI Basic Certificate is preferred.
As a Business Development Professional, you will lead and implement innovative strategies to secure key accounts, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate deals. You will also build and manage a thriving pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent lead conversion and progress towards achieving sales targets.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients through regular interactions, site visits, and exceptional service delivery.

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure client hiring needs are fulfilled with the most qualified candidates.
- Diploma or degree in a business-related field.
- Preferably holding a CEI Basic Certificate.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Results-driven with a commitment to meeting sales targets.
