We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, assessing financial health and creditworthiness of clients, and structuring and negotiating loans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory guidelines, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for business growth, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with loan brokers, agents, referral partners, and SME clients to drive quality business referrals.
- Assess SME clients' financial health, creditworthiness, and business viability, preparing preliminary evaluations for credit approval.
- Structure, negotiate, and manage SME loans in line with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Guide clients through the end-to-end loan process, provide financial advice, and ensure timely support and documentation.
- Monitor loan portfolios, identify early credit risks, and coordinate with collections to manage repayments and mitigate defaults.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, credit risk management, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
