Job Title: Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager


Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced restaurant manager to oversee the overall operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.

Responsibilities:
Our restaurant manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth daily functioning. This includes managing and training restaurant staff, maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase revenue, monitoring and controlling operational costs, including food and beverage inventory management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and vendors, creating and updating menus to offer a variety of appealing food and beverage options, handling customer feedback and resolving any issues or complaints in a prompt and efficient manner, staying updated on industry trends and implementing innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience, working closely with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field, and a minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the F&B or beverage industry. You will also require strong leadership and team management skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets, knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices, ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
