Hotel Operations Director
- As a senior hospitality leader, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service and seamless workflow.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train a high-performing team to maintain outstanding service standards and operational excellence.
- Monitor in-line operations and address issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Drive continuous improvement through guest feedback and internal reviews, identifying areas for growth and implementing changes as needed.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy, following up on resolution to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Closely coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Plan staff schedules and manage resources effectively based on occupancy, events, and promotions.
- Ensure team compliance with SOPs and service standards through regular training and assessments, maintaining a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate on menu planning and service strategy with the F&B Manager and Executive Chef, driving revenue growth through innovative offerings.
- Promote restaurant offerings and implement guest and team incentives to boost revenue and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and P&L performance, providing insightful analysis to inform business decisions.
- Control costs while maintaining high standards in service and cleanliness, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards across all operations, prioritizing the well-being of guests and staff alike.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in senior leadership roles within high-end or fine dining establishments, demonstrating expertise in hotel operations management.
- Previous experience in Michelin-starred restaurants is highly desirable, showcasing ability to adapt to high-pressure environments.
- Strong business acumen and proven track record in revenue and cost management, leveraging analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Deep passion for food, service, and hospitality, with knowledge of the latest culinary and service trends.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong understanding of fine dining service etiquette, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
